Our story

Bloom and Thrive Counseling was created from a deep belief that women deserve a space where they feel seen, supported, and empowered through every season of life.

We know that life can look beautiful on the outside while feeling overwhelming on the inside. Whether you are navigating anxiety, motherhood, relationship changes, trauma, burnout, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, you do not have to carry it alone. Bloom and Thrive was built to be a safe, compassionate space where healing can begin and growth can take root.

Our practice is grounded in the idea that women are worthy of care, rest, and emotional support—not only when things fall apart, but also as they work toward the life they want to create. We believe therapy should feel warm, collaborative, and affirming. Here, your story matters. Your experiences are honored. And your growth happens at your pace.

At Bloom and Thrive Counseling, we are passionate about helping women move from survival mode into a life of greater balance, clarity, and confidence. Just like anything living, healing is not always linear—but with the right support, it is possible to bloom and thrive.

Stacey Lear LCSW, PMH-C

Hi, I’m Stacey. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and therapist specializing in women’s mental health, perinatal mental health, and life transitions. I am certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C) and have additional training in mindfulness and clinical trauma.

Before founding Bloom and Thrive Counseling, I worked in a variety of healthcare settings in both clinical and leadership roles. Over time, my work naturally led me toward the area I care most deeply about—supporting women through the emotional challenges and transitions that come with different stages of life.

I work with women and young women (ages 16+) who may be experiencing anxiety, stress, self-doubt, or feeling overwhelmed by life changes. Many of my clients are navigating important transitions such as starting college, emerging adulthood, relationship changes, divorce, pregnancy, new motherhood, or adjusting to life during the postpartum period.

As a therapist with specialized training in perinatal mental health, I also support women through the emotional experiences that can arise during pregnancy, postpartum, and the first year after having a baby. This season of life can be beautiful, but it can also bring unexpected challenges, identity shifts, and feelings that many women are not prepared for.

I also work with women who are healing from difficult family dynamics, learning how to set healthier boundaries, building confidence and self-esteem, or working through patterns that have been holding them back.

My approach to therapy is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I strive to create a space where you can feel safe to be honest, explore what you’re going through, and develop tools that help you feel more grounded, confident, and connected to yourself.

You don’t have to navigate these challenges alone. My goal is to help you move through life’s transitions with greater clarity, resilience, and support—so you can truly bloom and thrive.
